The human body was designed to move—a lot. And yet most of us sit—a lot. Staying active keeps our bodies working well. Being sedentary causes our bodies to decay.

Move by Choice

You've probably heard by now that "sitting is the new smoking". We all sit far too much. We wake up a sit at breakfast. Many sit in the car on the way to work. We sit at work. At lunch, dinner and then again in front of the TV. We sit at the computer (I'm doing that right now!).
