I’m trying to get into cycling in a big way. I say “a big way” because that’s what I need to do in order to make pretty much anything happen.
You’ve probably heard by now that “sitting is the new smoking”. We all sit far too much. We wake up a sit at breakfast. Many sit in the car on the way to work. We sit at work. At lunch, dinner and then again in front of the TV. We sit at the computer (I’m doing that right now!).
